ChevronTexaco, through all of the many individual Chevron and Texaco Corporation's smaller corporate or company organizational entities like for example: Texaco Caribbean Inc., Texaco Eastern Caribbean Limited, SuriTex Ltd, Chevron Environmental Management Co., Texaco Caribbean Holdings Inc., Texaco West Indies Ltd., just to specifically name a few that in our case and in those of our "regional neighbors", warrants extreme detailed and constant watching.

Together with the "management bunch" of the above indicated "World class Contaminators" there are a number of so called "environmental consultancy firms", employing "environmental experts" according to Texaco, that are frequently, often the same ones, brought on the many environmental contamination projects, to assist the "Texaco bunch" in our Middle, South American, and Caribbean countries. The ones we have observed and identified as being willing partners in the ongoing "criminal conspiracy" of "ChevronTexaco c.s." in Suriname, are also listed here to make you very aware of your "area environment" once these "particular types" suddenly appear and regularly start showing up within "your neighborhood".

Then you and your family members are in serious "jeopardy and trouble". Make no mistake about. And no matter what you do, from that moment on, do not believe anything the Texaco, ChevronTexaco, or the "expert"consultancy firm employees are going to tell you. Next to the many facts that will become painfully apparent, You will, from what you are seeing, at times seriously question "if they really know what they are doing..?".
SO BE ALERT, try to stay focused, trust your own instincts and judgement, hey...you are "living and staying there".
Also keep the following clearly in your mind.
Texaco has instructed each and every one of them...TO LIE AND DENY..!!!
And because of the MONEY they are given, no one in this World does this any better.

In Suriname we have on record as willing participants in this unfolding
"Texaco Tragedy/Play" the following firms:

Kaizen Environmental Services Ltd, (Trinidad's Division of Kaizen Inc. Calgary, Canada)
Panzardi-ERM, Inc. (San Juan, Puerto Rico's Division of ERM CO./Washington,DC)
Felucon, 1 man firm (?), (Paramaribo, Suriname)
CARIRI (Caribbean Research Institue, Trinidad)
Groupe Prevac (French-Canadian Institute)
MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc. (Miami Lakes, Florida, U.S.A.)

Because of our present situation we looked closer at and into Texaco Caribbean Inc. This is what we found:
The office in Paramaribo Suriname, is just a branch office of Texaco Caribbean Inc.
This Texaco office formally informs the community at large not to be registered and filed locally as a corporate entity, but to be "incorporated in the U.S.A.(?)".

We located them to be filed and registered in Dover, Delaware, at the city of Dover Assessment office, the address is 317-331 South State street. This is where all Delaware's corporation records (i.e., articles of incorporation, bylaws) are kept.
There are two corporations under Texaco Caribbean: Texaco Caribbean Inc., entity kind: corporation, entity type: general, residency: domestic. Incorporation date/formation date: 05/13/1929. And there is Texaco Caribbean Holdings Inc.,
entity kind: corporation, entity type: general, residency: domestic. Incorporation date/formation date: 01/04/2001.
The other Texaco company entity responsible, part of, and involved in the ongoing environmental contaminations is:
SuriTex Ltd., entity kind: limited liability company, entity type: acquisition property/land, residency: district Paramaribo.
Formation date:07/03/1962.
